This page explains how to take part in the BlockHaus presale. BLK is a utility token. It has no guaranteed value, pays no rent or dividends, and gives you no ownership of any property. Read it all before you spend anything.
What you are buying
BLK is the token of BlockHaus Ltd, a UK company (16281245). The presale raises the money to buy our first properties. You pay in USDT on Polygon and the BLK lands in your wallet in the same transaction.
The price is set in the contract and is the same for everyone:

What you need
- A wallet such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet or Coinbase Wallet.
- At least $20 of USDT on the Polygon network. USDT on Ethereum, Tron or BNB Chain will not work.
- A few cents of POL in the same wallet to pay the network fee. About $1 is plenty.
Getting USDT on Polygon
This is where most people get stuck, so here are the usual routes.
- From an exchange. Buy USDT on an exchange, choose Withdraw, and pick the Polygon network. It may say Polygon PoS or MATIC. Paste your wallet address, and withdraw a few dollars more than you plan to spend, because exchanges take a fee and set a minimum. Withdraw about $1 of POL the same way. If the exchange asks for ID before you can withdraw, that is its rule, not ours.
- With a card, inside your wallet. MetaMask and Trust Wallet have a Buy button. Choose USDT on Polygon, plus a little POL. The card company handling the payment asks for ID, not us.
- From another network. If your USDT is on Ethereum, Tron or BNB Chain, move it to Polygon with the swap or bridge in your wallet, or send it to an exchange and withdraw it on Polygon.
If it is your first time, send a small test amount first.
Buying, step by step
- Go to theblockhaus.io/presale and press Connect Wallet.
- Enter how much USDT you want to spend. The minimum is $20.
- Your wallet asks you to approve the USDT. Confirm it.
- Your wallet then asks you to confirm the purchase. Confirm it, and the BLK is sent to you.
- To see BLK in your wallet, import the token address

If a friend sent you a referral link, their code fills in by itself. Once you have bought, you get your own link too.
Before you buy
- Check the contracts, the company and what the owner key can do on the trust page. The code is verified on Polygonscan but has not been audited by an independent firm.
- BLK can only be sold once it is listed on an exchange. No listing date is fixed yet, so expect to hold what you buy.
- If the $2,000,000 target is not reached, you keep the BLK you bought. The contract has no refund function.
- The presale is not open to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, or countries under UK sanctions.
- Nobody from BlockHaus will ever ask for your seed phrase or ask you to send money to a person or a wallet.
You could lose everything you put in. Only buy what you can afford to lose.
