What exists today, and what is still a plan
Before you buy, you should be able to check everything we say. This page separates what is already true on the blockchain from what is still planned. Every claim links to the evidence.

The contracts
BLK runs on Polygon. Both contracts are published and verified on Polygonscan as an exact match of their source code, so you can read exactly what they do.
- The token:
0x5cF704a1F5B5555B7369F4AB971D0d1b5bcD666a - The presale:
0x230AcddEFED9202db139C03157056631edc250D5
Not audited by any independent firm. The code is public for anyone to review.
What the owner key can and can't do
Both contracts have one owner: 0x5d6346cB93d4e255BBd5297C44cc64E5b1fd7f4F. It is a single Ledger hardware wallet held by Tahar. It is not a multisig. Here is everything it can do, read from the code.
| The owner | What it means for you |
|---|---|
| Cannot | create more BLK. The supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 and there is no mint function. |
| Cannot | take back BLK you have bought. It arrives in your wallet in the same transaction you pay in. |
| Can | pause all BLK transfers, including yours. This is an emergency switch, for example if a wallet is hacked. It is also the biggest power the owner has, so you should know it exists. Transfers right now: checking… |
| Can | withdraw the USDT raised from the presale contract to the owner wallet, at any time. Every withdrawal is public. |
| Can | pause or end the presale, move it to the next price phase, change the minimum and maximum purchase, switch on a whitelist so only listed wallets can buy, and take back BLK the presale has not sold. |
Where every BLK is right now
Read live from the blockchain each time you open this page.
| Wallet | BLK | Share |
|---|---|---|
| Presale contract, for sale to buyers | … | … |
| Owner wallet | … | … |
| Everyone else, including buyers | … | … |
The whitepaper splits the supply like this: 70% Investment Reserve, 10% Liquidity Reserve, 8% Team and Founders, 7% Reserved Pool (staking under review), 5% Community Incentives. The BLK sold in the presale, up to about 15 million (1.5% of supply), comes out of the 70% Investment Reserve. Those parts have not been moved into separate wallets yet. Apart from what is in the presale, they all sit in the owner wallet above. The whitepaper also describes multisig escrow and release schedules for the team and the reserve. Neither exists on the blockchain yet. They stay on the Ledger on purpose. A hardware wallet key never touches the internet, which protects the supply from the kind of hack that has emptied other projects.
Where the money goes
USDT you pay stays in the presale contract until the owner withdraws it to the owner wallet. You can see every payment in and every withdrawal out on the presale contract's token transfers.
The money raised pays for buying the first properties, the exchange listing and the money needed for trading on it, affiliate commission, and running the business, including marketing and salaries.
What BLK is, and what it is not
- BLK is a utility token on Polygon. You can send it to any wallet.
- It is not a share in BlockHaus Ltd. It pays no dividends and no rent, and it gives you no ownership of any property.
- Buying property is part of the plan. No property is shown on this site until it can be shown with the documents to prove it. Each one will be added here.
The price phases
Set in the contract and the same for everyone. Current phase: checking…
| Phase | Price per BLK | Raises |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $0.10 | $150,000 |
| 2 | $0.12 | $500,000 |
| 3 | $0.14 | $600,000 |
| 4 | $0.15 | $750,000 |
The presale holds enough BLK for all four phases, $2,000,000 in total.
If the $2,000,000 target is not reached
You keep the BLK you bought. It is already in your wallet. The contract has no refund function, so money paid in is not returned. The owner can end the presale at any time. Reaching half the target is still enough to start the business.
When you can sell
BLK can only be sold once it is listed on an exchange. No listing date is fixed yet. Until then there is no market price, and you should expect to hold what you buy.
The risks
- You could lose everything you put in. Only buy what you can afford to lose.
- One key controls the contracts. If it were lost or misused, the powers listed above would be too.
- The code has not been audited by an independent firm.
- There may never be an exchange listing, or the price after listing may be lower than you paid.
- The property plans may take longer than hoped, or not happen at all.
- Crypto rules differ by country and can change. Buying is not open to residents of the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, or countries under UK sanctions.
Referral payouts

How we contact people
We do send emails about the presale. Every one has an unsubscribe link, and every link in them goes only to theblockhaus.io, where you buy BLK yourself. Nobody from BlockHaus will ever ask for your seed phrase or your private keys, or ask you to send money to a person or a wallet. On Telegram, the only people we message first are channel owners, about partnerships, from @BlockHausToken on Telegram. If anyone else claims to be us, it is a scam. Tell us at hi@theblockhaus.io.
