1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the BlockHaus website (theblockhaus.io) and all related services, including participation in token offerings and other platform activities (collectively, the "Services").

BlockHaus Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16281245, ("BlockHaus," "we," "our," or "us") is a UK property company. BLK is its utility token, built around planned property purchases.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law
• Not be a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where participation in token offerings is prohibited
• Not be a resident of the United States, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, or a country under UK sanctions

3. Buying with a Wallet

3.1 No Account

You do not need an account to buy BLK in the presale. You buy directly from the presale contract on Polygon, using your own wallet.

3.2 Identity Checks

BlockHaus does not run identity checks on presale buyers. Once BLK is listed, exchanges run their own checks under their own rules. Purchases from countries where BLK is not offered, and from wallets on sanctions lists, are blocked.

3.3 Your Wallet

You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and recovery phrase, and for every transaction it signs. BlockHaus cannot reverse a transaction or recover a lost wallet.

4. BlockHaus Tokens

4.1 Utility Token Nature

BlockHaus tokens are utility tokens and do not represent:

• Equity or ownership in BlockHaus or any affiliated entity
• Securities or investment contracts
• Direct ownership of real estate assets
• Rights to dividends or profit-sharing

4.2 Token Functionality

BlockHaus tokens provide utility within our ecosystem, including:

• Staking, which is under review
• Access to platform features

4.3 Token Sales

Participation in token sales is subject to:

• The minimum purchase of $20 USDT
• Availability of tokens
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4.4 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Any specific token value or price appreciation
• Liquidity of tokens
• Success of our real estate investments
• Specific returns on investment
• Exchange listings or timing of such listings

4.5 No Refunds

The presale contract has no refund function. Money paid in is not returned, including if the $2,000,000 target is not reached. You keep the BLK you bought.

5.1 Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Buying crypto tokens carries significant risk
• The value of tokens can fluctuate significantly
• You could lose everything you pay
• Regulatory changes may impact token functionality and value

6.1 Ownership

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of BlockHaus or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from our Services
• Use our intellectual property without our express written permission
